Collaboratively building new inter/intra-personal connections within a safe context is the basis for therapy.  Change takes place over time, and requires a personal commitment to growth.  Each journey is unique and moves at its own pace.  The aim of therapy is to bring about a greater sense of relief, freedom and creative response over the long term.

I use psychotherapeutic methods focused on relational healing for specific issues such as anxiety, depression, grief, loss, relationship challenges and self identity, by paying close attention through dialogue, reflection, and connection. Relaxation, meditation, yoga, journaling and art making are incorporated to deepen the healing process. With therapeutic support, one gains greater awareness, compassion, functional skills and confidence. Investing in ones ability to strengthen their relationship with themselves and others is invaluable.

I am currently seeing clients remotely and in person.

Wisdom isn’t about knowing, it’s an understanding that meaning is inexhaustible
